Tai Chi: Tai Chi is often described as a “Meditation in Motion”. In this beginning class you’ll learn techniques to promote relaxation of the mind and body, centering, better balance, concentration, and improved health.
Gentle Yoga: This class focuses on back health, balance, and gentle exercises. The poses produce greater strength, balance, and flexibility. Seated poses can be performed on the chair or on a mat and standing poses are performed with the assistance of a chair.
