Glacier Hills’ employees stay current on company policies, regulatory laws, and compliance training with our online Performance Manager System.

Employees may log into the system to:

• Sign up for in-services and/or online training
• Review updates to company policies
• Complete a self-evaluation (if requested by your manager) or electronically sign your performance evaluation
• View your job description
